1/2 Cup Sour Cream
7/8 Cup Mayonnaise
2/3 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 Teaspoon Dry Mustard *
1/3 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/3 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 2/3 Ounces Gorgonzola Cheese, Crumbles (regular Bleu Cheese can be used)
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayo, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in Gorgonzola cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
